1. Conventional Sun Dried Tomatoes:
Dried Tomatoes with normal moisture (19-25 %) is called Conventional Dried Tomatoes. They are are packed bulk in big bags, cartons and in vocuumed bags in the form of halves, strips and dices

2. Ready to Eat Dried Tomatoes:
Dried Tomatoes with high moisture (33-38%) is called Ready to Eat Dried Tomatoes. They are packed in small bags and in vacuumed bags.

3. Oven Dried Tomatoes : This kind of Dried Tomatoes are produced in conventional (Normal moisturized) , Ready to Eat (high moisturized) and Semi dried tomatoes. They are packed bulk in vocuumed bags.

4. Dried Tomatoes (Marinated) : This kind of tomatoes could be in brine or in olive - sunflower oil. They are packed in cans jars, and plastic trays and in bags in the form of halves, strips and dices. Various spices and herbs could be added
