Green Olives mainly treated either by Alkali process or by natural treatment.

They could be in the form of whole, pitted, sliced, halved, Greens salad olives (mixture of whole - pitted - broken green olives with pimiento slices), green olives stuffed with pimiento - garlic - lemon - orange - almond, cracked and dried and packed in plastic trays and bags, jars, cans and drums and in vacuum bags. These olives are the mixture of Black, Green, Brown and Violet colored olives.
